Southwest Airlines Just Revealed a New Disney-themed Plane and Magical Vacation Giveaway
If you’re headed to Walt Disney World this year to celebrate the world-renowned theme park’s 50th anniversary You might want to get on Southwest Airlines to get there.
Southwest Airlines, which is also celebrating the 50th anniversary of its founding this year, recently unveiled a special plane to commemorate the event. The Boeing 737-700 will be in service until March 2022. It is tracked with the N954WN as the tail number.
“As Walt Disney World Resort kicks off the World’s Most Magical Celebration commemorating our 50th anniversary, we are thrilled to bring even more magic to guests’ vacations and to the sky with the help of our friends at Southwest,” Clair Bilby who is the executive vice-president for Disney Destinations, said in the statement, revealing that the aircraft.
The exterior of the plane features famous characters, such as the singular Mickey Mouse, as well as the easily identifiable shape of Cinderella Castle, one of the most sought-after attractions in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.
When they board the plane, passengers will be able to see pictures of their favourite Disney cartoon characters featured on shades of their windows. You’ll also be able find Mickey Mouse and others on overhead bins. They’ll also be taking a look at what Disney is planning to celebrate its 50th birthday celebration that will begin on October. 1 through special entertainment programs on the plane.
Disney World’s celebration of its 18th anniversary includes new nightlight shows, a brand new daytime experience in Animal Kingdom at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and 50 golden sculptures that depict Disney characters throughout the parks.
Southwest is taking part in the festivities by offering daily vacation packages beginning today and running through November. 16. These packages offer flights from Orlando with Southwest, Walt Disney World tickets, as well as accommodations. Participants can participate in the sweepstakes each per day
